Lesson 1: Introduction and Overview of Course-
A Gentle & Effective Approach to Knee Recovery
Welcome!
Recovering from knee stress or surgery can feel like a long road, but with the right support, you can move toward greater comfort and mobility—with relief at each step along the way.
This course is designed specifically for adults, using the Bridging® Technique— a series of small but powerful movements that help restore comfort, mobility, and coordination.
How This Course Will Support You
✅ Feel more at ease as you recover
✅ Reduce stiffness and discomfort to move with greater ease
✅ Support your body’s natural healing process
✅ Enhance your results from physical therapy
Each video lesson is tailored to meet you where you are in your recovery, ensuring that movements remain gentle, comfortable, and effective. Even though they may seem small, these techniques are designed to restore your knee’s natural movement patterns, helping you stay active and independent.
⚠️ Important: The Bridging Technique is meant to complement, not replace physical therapy or rehab. If you experience increased pain, swelling, or warmth in your knee or leg, please contact your healthcare provider.
